Do you accept all Florida Medicaid plans?
We work with the Medicaid plans listed above and can verify other state-approved plans. Acceptance can depend on location, service, eligibility, and authorization.
Does insurance guarantee that services are fully covered?
No. Deductibles, copays, medical necessity, authorization, and plan limits may apply. We verify benefits, but the insurer makes the final coverage decision.
What information do you need to verify coverage?
Usually the child’s name and date of birth, the policyholder’s details, and clear images of both sides of the insurance card.
